About Us

Baby Biz was founded in 1986 as a specialist baby equipment and nursery store catering for all the needs of a parent expecting a child. The store sells a large range of baby items including nursery furniture, pushchairs or buggies, car seats, baby feeding equipment, grobags and bath accessories. Baby Biz was taken over from the original owner by Angela Roche in 2005

Angela, having two small children of her own and a background in retailing and nursing, felt that she could bring a fresh new approach to this well established nursery and baby equipment business, She set about this in several ways including introducing a professional children's car seat fitting service for customers and bringing in new and more cutting edge products (e.g. the Bugaboo and Quinny ranges of pushchairs).

For those customers who order a pushchair and choose to collect it at one of our stores, their pushchair will be fully assembled and ready to go on collection. If you purchase online, simply choose the In-Store Collection option on the Shipping page to avail of this free service.

We at Baby Biz would like to help you select the products that you will require for your infant. Whether its transport, feeding, sleeping, eating or living, we will endeavour to provide you with the information and range of products that is just the right solution for you.

In 2007, Baby Biz opened its second retail outlet in Naas, Co. Kildare. This online store opened in 2008 offering customers and visitors an alternative way to browse and buy their baby equipment.

Our on-line store features a selection of our most popular products and gives you a chance to view them from the comfort of your own home. As you will probably see, we stock most of the major brands in the nursery sector (including Phil & Ted's, Bloom, Britax, Maclaren, Svan, Avent, Medela and many more) and take pride in giving advice that is right for you.

If you have the time, we would recommend that you arrange a visit to our store in either Dun Laoghaire or Naas, where one of our sales consultants can bring you through the entire range of products. This will give you the opportunity to see how they work and if they will fulfil your own particular requirements.
