Shipping

A delivery charge is applicable to all products. Please click on the relevant product for more information. We use a courier company for all our packages.

Orders should be processed and delivered within 48 hours of receipt if the product is in stock. However, if stock is not available there may be a lead time for the delivery of the product and you will be informed of this. Certain nursery items and furniture may require special order, therefore delivery may take a bit more time. You will be kept informed at all times regarding this.

It is advisable that somebody should be at the delivery address to receive the goods.

In-Store Collection

If you choose to order your pushchair and collect it from one of our stores, it will be provided to you fully assembled and ready to go at no extra charge.

If you choose to order your car seat and collect it from one of our stores, we will fit it into your car for you at no extra charge.

Returns Policy

Baby Biz website goes to great lengths to accurately describe and display the products we offer. However, if you feel that your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in its original packaging and that the goods are fit for re-sale. Once we are satisfied that this has been done, we will issue a refund. The cost of returning goods must be borne by you the customer in this case and we suggest the use of a recorded delivery service.

Faulty Products

Products sold via the Baby Biz website have been manufactured to comply with all relevant statutory requirements and safety standards as directed by the EU. All products are covered by a 6 months manufacturer's warranty for defects in manufacturing or material. If a product is returned under this, the product will be repaired or replaced and the carriage cost will be reimbursed. However, if a fault has occurred though misuse, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear, then all carriage and repair costs will be borne by the customer. We appreciate your custom and will endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
